Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

Axiom Concepts LLC, doing business as PathTune (“PathTune,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit https://pathtune.io (the “Site”), purchase or use our offerings, contact us, participate in coaching or courses, register for events, or enroll in our optional text-message program.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information we collect depends on how you interact with PathTune and which features are enabled.

Contact and identifying information. We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address if provided, account or order identifiers, and similar contact information.

Purchase and transaction information. We may process products or services purchased, order date and amount, billing or transaction status, refund history, and information needed to fulfill an order. Payments are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout. We do not intentionally collect full payment-card numbers or card security codes through our own forms; payment providers may process those details under their own privacy practices.

Communications and customer support. We collect information you provide when you email, text, contact support, respond to prompts, request assistance, provide feedback, or communicate with us in another way. If you voluntarily share personal details, we may process them to respond and maintain the relevant conversation.

Assessments, courses, and coaching. If you complete a quiz, assessment, questionnaire, course exercise, coaching intake, or other form, we may collect your answers, preferences, and results needed to administer that feature. If you participate in coaching, a course, or a group program, we may process scheduling information, participation records, submitted work, and communications related to the service. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or text unless a particular process expressly requests it and explains the applicable safeguards.

Events. If you register for a live or virtual event, we may collect registration and attendance information, accessibility requests you choose to provide, and information needed to administer the event. If photography, audio, video, or streaming is planned, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by law or otherwise appropriate.

Text-message and consent records. If you opt in to texts, we may collect your mobile number, opt-in status, date and method of consent, enrollment source, the message program you selected, messages you send, and help or opt-out requests. We use these records to operate the program, respond to you, honor your choices, and demonstrate compliance.

Technical and usage information. When you visit the Site, the website platform or enabled tools may collect your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, time and interaction data, approximate location inferred from IP address, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.

Marketing preferences. We may record whether you subscribe to or unsubscribe from email or text communications and other choices you make about how we communicate with you.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, complete a form or assessment, register for an event, participate in coaching or courses, opt in to messages, or contact us.

We may also receive transaction, delivery, technical, or usage information from service providers that operate our checkout, website, course delivery, email, messaging, event, analytics, or other systems. Certain technical information may be collected automatically using cookies or similar technologies, depending on the tools enabled on the Site.

We may use personal information to:

Deliver ebooks, downloads, audio, course materials, companion tools, and other purchased or requested resources.

Provide coaching, administer courses or programs, schedule sessions, communicate about participation, and respond to support requests.

Register attendees, deliver event information, manage attendance, and address event-related needs.

Administer quizzes, assessments, exercises, and results.

Send purchase confirmations, delivery details, security notices, service communications, and other transactional messages.

Send marketing emails where permitted by law and provide an unsubscribe method.

Send text messages only within the scope of the consent you provide and the program disclosures shown at enrollment.

Maintain and honor opt-in and opt-out records and comply with legal and messaging-provider requirements.

Understand Site usage, measure and improve our offerings, develop resources, and assess the effectiveness of our communications and marketing, where permitted.

Detect fraud, protect security, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We will not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing notice or obtaining consent where required by applicable law.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES

The Site may use essential cookies or similar technologies to operate properly, remember preferences, maintain security, and support requested features. Depending on the tools enabled, we may also use analytics technologies to understand Site performance and advertising technologies to measure campaigns or show relevant ads.

These tools may collect information about your device, browser, visit, and interactions. Third-party providers may receive information through their technologies under their own privacy practices.

You can manage some cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. Where applicable law requires a consent banner, notice, opt-out mechanism, or recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will provide it as required.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.

Service providers. We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the business and deliver offerings, including website hosting, checkout and payment processing, email delivery, course platforms, digital delivery, customer support, coaching or event platforms, analytics, and messaging services. These providers receive information reasonably needed to perform services for us and may process it subject to applicable contracts and law.

Legal, safety, and compliance purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect the rights and safety of PathTune or others, or enforce agreements.

Business transactions. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

At your direction or with consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to share it, authorize a disclosure, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.

We do not authorize service providers receiving information for operational purposes to use it for their own independent marketing unless we disclose that arrangement and obtain any consent required by law.

SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

PathTune does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some analytics or advertising activities may be treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a regulated disclosure under certain privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Whether that applies depends on the technology and configuration actually used and the applicable law.

Where required by law, we will provide applicable notice and a mechanism to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and will honor applicable opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Any “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link required by law will be made available on the Site.

TEXT-MESSAGE PRIVACY AND CONSENT

Joining PathTune’s text-message program is optional and separate from purchasing products. We use mobile numbers and related message information to send the messages described at enrollment, reply to your messages, operate the program, maintain proof of consent, and honor opt-out requests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP or using another opt-out method we provide. Reply HELP for help where available, or contact [email protected]. We may retain limited opt-in and opt-out records as reasonably necessary to respect your choices and document compliance.

We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with messaging platforms, carriers, and service providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer the program, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with law. A phone number provided for a transaction, customer support, or another purpose is not automatically treated as consent to recurring marketing texts.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS AND OPT-OUTS

We may send transactional emails needed to complete purchases, deliver products, provide service information, or respond to requests. Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing emails.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required, and we will honor unsubscribe requests as required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop receipts, delivery links, security notices, or other transactional communications related to a purchase or service you requested.

If you have difficulty using an unsubscribe method or want to report an email-preference issue, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Email Opt-Out.” We may retain limited suppression records to help ensure we honor your request.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including product delivery, customer support, coaching or course administration, event management, financial and transaction records, refunds, security, dispute resolution, consent and opt-out records, and legal compliance.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable law. We may retain limited opt-in and opt-out records after a person stops receiving messages to respect their preferences and document compliance. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, de-identify it, or dispose of it, subject to legal and operational requirements.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If a security incident triggers a notification obligation under applicable law, we will provide the notices required by that law. Contact [email protected] if you believe your information has been misused in connection with PathTune.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on your location and whether a privacy law applies to PathTune, you may have rights to know or access certain personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, or appeal a decision on a privacy request. Not every right applies in every situation.

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you are asking us to do. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain if a legal exception applies. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Where a privacy law requires additional notices at the point of collection, a privacy choices link, or another control, we will provide it as required. This Policy does not replace any notice or consent that must be presented separately when information is collected.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Site and our offerings are designed for a general adult audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect online personal information from children under 13 without the parental consent required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected such information unlawfully, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

PathTune is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy rules may differ by location. Where applicable law requires additional disclosures or safeguards for cross-border processing, we will provide them as required.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Site may link to or embed content, tools, or services provided by third parties, including payment processors, social-media platforms, video or event platforms, and other external websites. We do not control the content, security, availability, or independent privacy practices of those third parties.

When you follow a link, use an embedded feature, or provide information directly to a third party, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy may govern its collection and use of your information. Review the provider’s policies before sharing information with it. This section does not limit any responsibility PathTune has under applicable law for its own practices or for service providers acting on its behalf.

PUBLIC, COMMUNITY, AND DISCUSSION AREAS

If a PathTune offering includes a community, group, discussion area, comment section, live chat, event chat, or similar interactive feature, information you choose to post, say, or otherwise share may be visible to other participants or people with access to that feature.

Other participants may be able to copy, save, photograph, record, or redistribute information you share, and we cannot guarantee that they will keep it confidential. Please do not post information you want to keep private, including personal contact details or sensitive personal information.

Any recording, photography, or sharing by PathTune will be handled in accordance with the notices, permissions, and applicable law governing the particular offering. We may moderate or remove content when reasonably necessary to maintain safety, protect rights, or enforce applicable terms.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy as our business, practices, technologies, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Updating this Policy does not replace any separate consent required for a particular use of personal information.
